He came to fix some ongoing issues with the toilet as well as repair and replace some shower hardware. He was punctual, gave us advance notice of his arrival time, and took the time to explain everything clearly before and during the work. We were totally impressed as well as pleased with Jeff’s work and his business manners in solving the water shut off valve in our laundry room.  He explained the situation we were faced with and the possible scenarios of what was causing the problem and what types of solutions we were looking at depending on the availability of the replacement valve.  As the valve was almost a museum piece, he searched all possible sources to locate a place that would carry it.  He tracked down to two places.  Fortunately he was able to get the last one at a nearer place.  The work was done once the replacement piece was obtained. We were pleased with the exact same replacement piece.  Jeff’s dedicated work to do the right way impressed us.  We appreciated his knowledge and his willingness to explain things to us and his overall pleasant personality.  We were happy that we had switched from another company to The Great Plumbing Company .  The first person I had talked with about our situation was also pleasant and very helpful.

The Great Plumbing Company came highly recommended by friends: "We’ve been visited by him 3 times now and have been happy with every job." Two reviews in one! I was even there for one of those visits, the scary under-the-house drain scare!

Communication was excellent. The office staff were efficient and pleasant, and I appreciated both the text confirming the time and the phone call confirming Jeff's ETA.

Service was prompt. They even moved the appointment up when they realized they could do it sooner.

Jeff's diagnoses were transparent and the prices were reasonable. He took the time to draft estimates for a range of repair options (fancy faucet, full tank rebuild, etc), and he was also upfront about one of the things I'd asked about being a waste of time (moral: don't ignore your hot water heater).

Jeff was also very affable (and he remembered my friends!).
