This is the second time I have used The Great Plumbing Company and my opinion has not changed. The service booking online was easy and the follow up as to arrival time was as stated. Jeff installed a new toilet with absolutely nothing to clean up after. He even put the cardboard packaging in the recycling bin for me. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff is honest and straightforward about what needs to be done, not selling anything. Although he initially got most of the job done with the flush toilet, we called him back to readjust the handle of the toilet, He came back to work on it, and even replaced with better parts without further expense. Job well done.
